With a background spanning property, sustainability strategy, and decarbonisation, Simon has spent his career helping organisations navigate the practical realities of emissions, materials, and risk. Prior to Rebuilt, he held senior sustainability roles across major Australian property and digital businesses, where he saw firsthand how embodied carbon data breaks down when projects meet enterprise reporting.

At Rebuilt, Simon focuses on joining the dots between the demand (developers and builders) and the supply chain (suppliers and manufacturers), translating embodied carbon into decision-grade Scope 3 data.
