With more than 15 years’ experience across startups, consultancies and global technology businesses, Simon has led products from early concept through to production scale. His background spans AI platforms, mobile and web applications, commerce systems and enterprise-grade infrastructure, giving him a rare ability to connect user needs, product strategy and technical architecture. He is particularly experienced in building trustworthy, high-performance platforms in environments where accuracy, usability and scale all matter.

At Rebuilt, Simon has played a central role in architecting and launching the platform, helping establish Australia’s first self-service solution for verified Product Carbon Footprints. As Lead Software Engineer, he guides engineering quality, technical culture and platform evolution, ensuring Rebuilt can deliver robust carbon intelligence tools that support manufacturers, accelerate low-carbon construction and meet the growing demand for trusted sustainability data.
