Concrete Pipes manufactured by RCPA are produced in Rubber Ring Joint profiles, as per the standard AS/NZS 4058 for Precast concrete pipes (nonpressure). They range in diameter from 225mm up to 2100 mm and are available in classes of 2, 3 and 4, with the main differences between the classes is the thickness of the concrete wall and the amount of steel reinforcing used, which impacts the environmental impact for size and class of pipe. Concrete pipes manufactured by RCPA with a diameter from 225mm to 2100mm have an effective laying length of 2.34 metres. Within this EPD, pipes with a diameter from 300mm to 1200mm and classes of 2, 3 and 4 are covered. The EPD has been designed for 1 ton of product.
